NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued... <br />Resolution 1779. <br />There being no one present who wished to speak, <br />Mr. Hunt closed the public hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />h. Commission approval requested on Public <br />Hearing for Resolution No. 1779. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1779, a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of the City <br />of South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />(South Bend Central Development Area) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1780 approving the fair re -use <br />value of property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, Lot No. 327. (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />Ms. Greene noted that this resolution offers two <br />halves of Lot 327 for $500.00 each and is to be <br />used for residential purposes. <br />Mr. Hunt asked where the property in question is <br />located.
