The petitioner <br />estimates that the project will create four (4) new <br />jobs the first year, representing a new annual <br />payroll of $48,525 and will maintain fifty -seven <br />(5 7) existing permanent full time jobs and one <br />(1) part- time job. <br />Ms. Moran noted that a review of the tax . <br />abatements previously granted finds that the <br />petitioner has not been granted any previous tax <br />abatements. The property is properly zoned for <br />the proposed use. The property is located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area, which is a <br />Tax Incremental Allocation Area. <br />Mr. Smith stated that it would help once they are <br />in the new facility to purchase new equipment to <br />facilitate the growth. He is optimistic that more <br />jobs can be added than was estimated. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1765 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 6661 Lonewolf <br />Court in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area.
