NEW BUSINESS (CON'T) <br />m. continued... <br />Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission hereby <br />recognizes Ann E. Kolata for her extraordinary <br />commitment and distinguished service to the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission and the <br />City of South Bend; thanks her for the <br />outstanding contributions she has made; and <br />declares it will sincerely miss her diligent work <br />and her presence at future meetings. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried the <br />✓ Commission approved Resolution No. 1776 <br />commending Ann E. Kolata for Extraordinary <br />Service to the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1765 approving an application for <br />real property tax deduction for property located <br />at 6661 Lonewolf Court in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (DSM Holding, LLC) <br />Ms. Moran read the Tax Abatement report on <br />DSM Holding, LLC, doing business as Deluxe <br />Sheet Metal. The company was established in <br />1971 and has grown from a two car garage to a <br />thriving business. The petitioner is proposing to <br />construct a 47,000 sq. ft. building on 4.28 acres <br />of land. The total estimated cost of the building <br />is $2,575,200. DSM has grown beyond its <br />current capacity and is continuing to grow. The <br />8 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1776 COMMENDING ANN E.
