Commission approval requested on <br />Postponement of Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1758 amending the South Bend <br />Central Development Area Development Plan <br />and setting public hearing for 10:00 a.m., <br />Friday, July 7, 2000. <br />Ms. Kolata stated that the affected property <br />owner did not get the required notice and that the <br />Commission could not handle the hearing at this <br />particular time. She noted that the notice would <br />be re- advertised for the meeting to be held on <br />July 7, 2000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Postponement of <br />Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1758 <br />5 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED REQUEST FOR <br />APPEAL ON SIGNAGE IN CONNECTION <br />WITH THE PROPERTY AT 112 W. <br />JEFFERSON BLVD (WELLS FARGO) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />POSTPONEMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON RESOLUTION NO. 1758 AMENDING <br />THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT <br />
