NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />n. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Completion is for the Leighton Plaza <br />Healthplex. The building has been <br />completed and the staff recommends <br />issuing the Certificate of Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Completion for Memorial Hospital of <br />South Bend, Inc. for the Leighton Plaza <br />Healthplex <br />o. Commission authorization requested <br />for appointment to the West <br />Washington - Chapin Design Review <br />Committee. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that there is a vacancy <br />on the West Washington- Chapin Design <br />Review Committee. The West <br />Washington- Chapin Revitalization <br />Project has submitted a nominee, Robert <br />Coryn of 744 W. Washington to fill the <br />vacancy. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />COMPLETION FOR MEMORIAL HOSPITAL OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INC. FOR THE LEIGHTON PLAZA <br />HEALTHPLEX <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded COMMISSION APPOINTED ROBERT CORYN <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, APPOINTMENT TO THE WEST WASHINGTON - <br />the Commission appointed Robert Coryn CHAPIN DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE <br />to the West Washington- Chapin Design <br />Review Committee. <br />-21- <br />
