South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 19, 2000 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Hedy Robinson <br />closed yesterday on the sale to Williams <br />Communication Stull for the property at Stull <br />and Franklin. <br />She also reported that a closing will take <br />place on Tuesday of next week on the <br />purchase of the Lot south of the C.E. Lee <br />building. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Rollins Truck <br />Leasing Company is now under construction <br />in the U.S. 31 Industrial Park. <br />She also reported that the planting of the <br />wetlands will begin next week. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that a Contract with <br />ABRO for a piece of property in the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park should be in place <br />by June 2, 2000. <br />She also reported that Dynamic Industries is <br />finishing up the exterior of its building. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the annexation of <br />the house on Olive Road will go to the <br />Common Council for a public hearing on <br />May 22, 2000. <br />She also reported that Kathy Baumgartner, <br />director of the Bureau of Housing has <br />resigned and will be working for the YWCA <br />as director of development. <br />-22- <br />
