South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 19, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Appeal on Signage in connection with <br />the property at 112 W. Jefferson Blvd. <br />(Wells Fargo) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to table <br />item 6.1. There was no objection and item <br />6.1. was tabled. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Elevator, Stairwell and <br />Other Facilities Easement Agreement. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Agreement is <br />with the Multi- Employer Property Trust, <br />the owner of the office building of the <br />Leighton Plaza project. The Multi - <br />Employer Property Trust has constructed <br />a storage area in the basement, adjacent to <br />the elevator area and this is an expansion <br />of the Easement Agreement to include <br />that space. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Amendment to <br />Elevator, Stairwell and Other Facilities <br />Easement Agreement with the Multi - <br />Employer Property Trust. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for Memorial <br />Hospital of South Bend, Inc. <br />Kill <br />ITEM 6.L. WAS TABLED <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDMENT TO <br />ELEVATOR, STAIRWELL AND OTHER FACILITIES <br />EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE MULTI- <br />EMPLOYER PROPERTY TRUST <br />
