NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />e. continued... <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal subject to: (1) The staff <br />working with Charley Hayes, Inc. on <br />redesigning the site and landscape plans; <br />(2) The offering price being $1,500.00; <br />(3) Charley Hayes, Inc. revising his <br />commitment letter to express a time of <br />completion for the project; (4) Charley <br />Hayes, Inc. reaching an agreement with <br />the neighboring property owner (Exacto) <br />for parking; and, (5) The staff receiving <br />the ten percent faithful performance <br />guaranty. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded <br />Apk by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />disposition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area to Charley <br />Hayes, Inc., subject to the conditions <br />outlined in the staff report.
