South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 5, 2000 <br />contingent on receipt of the grant. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Hull & Associates in the amount of <br />$11,800 for professional services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area, <br />subject to the Urban Enterprise <br />Association being awarded the grant <br />from the Indiana Department of <br />Commerce. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Phase I Environmental Assessment for <br />property in the Studebaker Corridor. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the grant <br />application for the Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment requires <br />permission of the property owners to be <br />included as part of the application. <br />Since the Commission owns the former <br />Engineering building located at 414 W. <br />Sample, they need to give permission for <br />the site assessment. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission gave permission for a <br />Phase I Environmental Assessment of <br />property in the Studebaker Corridor. <br />(414 W.
