South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 28, 2000 <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a proposal was <br />received from The Center for the <br />Homeless for landscaping services in <br />connection with the Studebaker Corridor. <br />The cost for the work is $6,220.00, on an <br />annual basis. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from The Center for the Homeless in the <br />amount of $6,220.00, on an annual basis, <br />for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Studebaker <br />Corridor) <br />h.
