South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 28, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />e. continued.... <br />Professional for the remaining term of the <br />Golf Course Operations and Management <br />Agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously, the <br />Commission approved the Letter <br />Agreement with Meadowbrook Golf <br />Group, Inc. relative to the Blackthorn <br />Golf Course. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Center for the <br />Homeless for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a proposal was <br />received from The Center for the <br />Homeless to perform landscape services <br />on Dean Johnson Boulevard. The <br />services shall commence on March 15, <br />2000, and the cost for the landscaping <br />services will be $2,900.00, on an annual <br />basis. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from The Center for the Homeless in the <br />amount of $2,900.00, on an annual basis, <br />for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Dean <br />Johnson Boulevard) <br />-8- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LETTER <br />AGREEMENT WITH MEADOWBROOK GOLF <br />GROUP, INC.
