South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 28, 2000 <br />and Richard E. McCloskey. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposals <br />from Jerome E. Michaels in the amount <br />of $2,000 and Richard E. McCloskey in <br />the amount of $4,000 for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Block Six <br />Properties) <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Commercial Property Management <br />Agreement with CB Richard Ellis <br />South Bend. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that CB Richard Ellis' <br />two -year commercial property <br />management agreement with the <br />Redevelopment Commission has expired. <br />The new Commercial Property <br />Management Agreement with CB <br />Richard Ellis South Bend is very similar <br />to the initial Agreement, with an addition <br />of duties related to management of <br />Leighton Plaza. This Agreement will <br />commence on March 21, 2000, and end <br />on March 20, 2002. There were no <br />substantive changes to the new <br />Agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />Commercial Property Management <br />Agreement with CB Richard Ellis South <br />Bend. <br />-13- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSALS FROM <br />JEROME E. MICHAELS IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000 <br />AND RICHARD E.
