South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 28, 2000 <br />services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Old American Bank <br />Building <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. (Former Avon Theatre) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that three proposals <br />were received to appraise the former <br />Avon Theatre. The proposals are from: <br />R.E. Pitts & Associates in the amount of <br />$3,250, Jerome E. Michaels in the <br />amount of $3,000 and Richard E. <br />McCloskey in the amount of $4,000. The <br />staff recommends accepting the proposal <br />from Jerome E. Michaels. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />CW the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Jerome E. Michaels in the amount <br />of $3,000 for professional services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Former Avon Theatre) <br />1. (Block Six <br />Properties) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that three proposals <br />were received to appraise several <br />properties on Block Six. The proposals <br />are from: Jerome E. Michaels in the <br />amount of $$2,000, Rick E. Pitts & <br />Associates in the amount of $7,500 and <br />Richard E. McCloskey in the amount of <br />$4,000.
