NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />j. continued.... <br />The grant is in the amount of $3,399.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />loan and grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property at <br />2014 Dorothy St. (Margie Benneman) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />connection with property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Grauvogel & <br />Associates submitted a proposal in the <br />amount of $1,820.00 for an asbestos <br />survey and environmental review on the <br />Design Packaging & Yellow Cab <br />buildings located on north Niles Avenue. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Grauvogel & Associates in the <br />amount of $1,820.00 for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />1.
