NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at <br />1003 Sherman St. (Thomas & Michelle <br />Brademas) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with <br />the Affordable Loan Program for <br />property at 922 N. Olive Street. <br />(Majorie Shelton) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $4,950.00 at 0% interest for <br />10 years with monthly payments of <br />$41.25. The grant is in the amount of <br />$2,417.25. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property at <br />922 N. Olive Street. (Majorie Shelton) <br />j.
