South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 7, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that three proposals <br />were received from The Abonmarche <br />Group in the amount of $2,710.00, <br />Wightman Schaeffer, Inc. in the amount <br />of $1,900.00 and Fisher Land Surveying <br />in the amount of $2,400.00 for a <br />boundary survey and legal descriptions <br />conducted in connection with Lots 2 -4 of <br />the St. Joseph Towers Minor <br />Subdivision and part of Lot 11 of the <br />River Bend Addition. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Wightman Schaeffer, Inc. <br />in the amount of $1,900.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously <br />WIGHTMAN SCHAEFFER, INC. IN THE AMOUNT <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />OF $1,900.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN <br />proposal from Wightman Schaeffer, Inc. <br />THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />in the amount of $1,900.00 for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property at 1003 Sherman St. <br />(Thomas & Michelle Brademas) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,259.00 as of January <br />4, 2000. <br />-12- <br />
