(Charles Austin) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the <br />Certificate of Waiver forgives <br />$2,250.00 as of June 24, 1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property at 413 <br />S. Jackson Street. (Charles <br />Austin) <br />k. Commission approval requested <br />for Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property at <br />418 S. Sheridan St. (Ivadell <br />Bradford) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is <br />in the amount of $1,250.00 at 0% <br />interest for 3 years with monthly <br />payments of $34.72. The grant is <br />in the amount of $1,128.05. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL <br />REHAB LOAN PROGRAM FOR <br />PROPERTY AT 413 S.
