Commission approval requested <br />for Use of the Wayne /St. Joseph <br />Street Parking Garage on June <br />30, July 21 and August 18, 2000, <br />for the Rooftop Rendezvous. <br />(AIDS Ministries /AIDS Assist) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a letter -of- <br />request was received from AIDS <br />Ministries requesting to use the <br />Wayne /St. Joseph Street Parking <br />Garage on June 30, July 21 and <br />August 18, 2000, for the Rooftop <br />Rendezvous. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the use of <br />the Wayne /St. Joseph Street <br />Parking Garage on June 30, July <br />21 and August 18, 2000, subject <br />to (1) receiving an <br />Indemnification and Hold <br />Harmless Agreement insuring the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority and South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and <br />(2) AIDS Ministries working with <br />Michael Giulioni on directing the <br />music away from the Robertson's <br />ITEM 6.H. WAS TABLED <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE USE OF <br />THE WAYNE /ST. JOSEPH STREET <br />PARKING GARAGE ON JUNE 30, JULY <br />21 AND AUGUST 18, 2000, SUBJECT TO <br />(1) RECEIVING AN INDEMNIFICATION <br />AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT <br />INSURING THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AND (2) AIDS <br />MINISTRIES WORKING WITH MICHAEL <br />GIULIONI ON DIRECTING THE MUSIC <br />AWAY FROM THE ROBERTSON'S <br />BUILDING <br />-12- <br />
