NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />k. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and <br />AND GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH <br />unanimously carried, the <br />THE AFFORDABLE LOAN PROGRAM <br />Commission approved the Loan <br />FOR PROPERTY AT 418 S. SHERIDAN <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />ST. (IVADELL BRADFORD) <br />Affordable Loan Program for <br />property at 418 S. Sheridan St. <br />(Ivadell Bradford) <br />L Commission approval requested <br />for Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property at <br />714 LaPorte. (Ehelean Birdie) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is <br />in the amount of $6,750.00 at 4% <br />interest for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $68.29.
