Michael, <br />in his presentation, stated that from <br />1985 to 1990, there has been a total <br />of $250 million in public and private <br />investment. Do you have any idea <br />how much is public and how much is <br />private?" Michael Giulioni stated <br />"No, I don't have the breakdown <br />with me, but I can get that <br />information for you." Mr. Brademas <br />stated, "I think you should locate that <br />information because you will find <br />that a significant portion of it was <br />from public investment. In terms of <br />1999, you talk about $20 million, is <br />that the Leighton Center? Mrs. <br />Kolata stated that investment at <br />Leighton Center was counted in an <br />earlier year. Mr. Brademas asked <br />Mrs. Kolata, "Is Leighton Center on <br />the tax roll? Mrs. Kolata stated that <br />the office building at 130 S. Main is <br />taxable property. Memorial <br />Leighton Healthplex will not pay <br />property taxes. The parking garage <br />will not pay property taxes.
