Nothing <br />requires us to bridge Michigan St. I <br />would expect in the future to have <br />some redirection of traffic. " Mr. <br />Ieraci asked Mr. Foti "What is your <br />timing on the acquisition of property <br />east of Michigan Street? " Mr. Foti <br />responded, [inaudible] Mr. Ieraci <br />asked Mr. Foti, "Will the City of <br />South Bend be involved in the <br />acquisition of properties to the east <br />of Michigan Street? " Mrs. Kolata <br />stated that this resolution and plan <br />amendment do not include any <br />acquisition of properties by the <br />Redevelopment Commission. The <br />City's involvement would be to sit <br />down with Memorial Hospital to <br />look at how the boundary of St. <br />Joseph Street affects the <br />neighborhood. Mr. Foti (inaudible). <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the plan <br />amendment provides a general <br />outline of where development will <br />happen without getting into the <br />specifics of future development by <br />Memorial Hospital. Mr. Foti stated <br />that Memorial would be willing to <br />meet with the neighborhood in two <br />to four weeks to discuss their plans. <br />Tom Brademas with offices at 425 <br />N.
