NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued.... <br />declares it will sincerely miss his <br />insight and presence at future <br />meetings. <br />Mr. Hunt stated that it has been an <br />honor to have Hardie Blake serve on <br />the Redevelopment Commission and <br />he will be missed. Mr. Hunt wished <br />Mr. Blake success in all his future <br />endeavors. <br />Hardie Blake stated that his short <br />stay in the public sector has been <br />informative, rewarding and <br />interesting. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1739 Commending Hardie Blake for <br />Meritorious Service to the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />e. Commission approval requested <br />for Resolution No. 1740 <br />Commending Michael Donoho for <br />Extraordinary Service to the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Hunt read Resolution No. 1740 <br />as follows: <br />WHEREAS, Michael Donoho has <br />been a member of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission since <br />August 1983; and WHEREAS, <br />during more than sixteen years on <br />the Commission Mike has had an <br />active role in projects such as the <br />East Bank and East Race Waterway, <br />Monroe Park, Teachers Credit <br />Union, One Michiana Square, the re- <br />opening of Michigan Street, <br />Coveleski Stadium, the Pointe at St. <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. <br />1739 COMMENDING HARDIE BLAKE FOR <br />MERITORIOUS SERVICE TO THE SOUTH <br />BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />Ell <br />
