Staff report on disposition of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to <br />table item 6.k. There was no <br />objection and item 6.k. was tabled. <br />1. Commission approval requested <br />for Certificate of Completion in <br />connection with the property at <br />4404 E. Williams Richardson <br />Court in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Rick E. <br />Newman) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Rick <br />Newman, the owner of Crystal <br />Mountain Water, has completed all <br />of the requirements in connection <br />with the Contract for Sale of Land <br />with the Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Completion in connection with the <br />property at 4404 E. William <br />Richardson Court in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Rick <br />E.
