NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />She also stated that three proposals <br />were received from the Abonmarche <br />Group of Indiana, L.L.C. in the <br />amount of $49,100, Wightman <br />Schaeffer, Inc. in the amount of <br />$33,500 and Danch, Hamer & <br />Associates in the amount of $35,560. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Wightman Schaeffer, <br />Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Wightman Schaeffer, Inc. in the <br />amount of $33,500.00 for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />(Replat: Design of Road) <br />i. Commission approval requested <br />for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Disposition Appraisals) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that there are <br />approximately 19 acres of land north <br />of Brick Road and west of the U.S. <br />31 Bypass, which are owned by the <br />Redevelopment Commission. The <br />intent is to dispose of the land for <br />residential development. The 19 <br />acres of land need to be re- appraised <br />in order to dispose of the property. <br />The three proposals received were <br />from Ralph Lauver in the amount of <br />$1,750.00, Douglas Carpenter in the <br />amount of $350.00 and R.E. Pitts & <br />Associates in the amount of $2,000. <br />Two appraisals are needed and the <br />staff recommends accepting the <br />proposals from Ralph Lauver and <br />Douglas Carpenter. <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM WIGHTMAN SCHAEFFER, INC.
