South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Wightman Petrie Environmental, Inc. <br />in the amount of $3,500.00 for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />(Blackthorn Corporate Park: Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment). <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Contract for Sale of Land in connection <br />with property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Rollins Truck <br />Leasing Company) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Rollins Truck <br />Leasing Company presented its proposed <br />AWN project to the Commission on July 16, <br />1999. Rollins Truck Leasing Company <br />proposed to purchase 6.77 acres of land in <br />order to construct a 13,500 sf masonry <br />building in the U.S. 31 Industrial Park. At <br />that time the Commission agreed to enter <br />into a Contract for Sale of Land with <br />Rollins Truck Leasing Company and <br />directed Brian Steinke to draft the final <br />Contract and bring it before the <br />Commission for its consideration. This is <br />that Contract. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Contract for <br />Sale of Land in connection with property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area.
