South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 17, 1999 <br />approximately 17 acres of land near the <br />toll road needs to be conducted. The three <br />proposals received were from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$1,100, Wightman Petrie Environmental, <br />Inc. in the amount of $1,300 and Cole <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,200.00. The staff recommends <br />accepting the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$1,100.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from The Abonmarche Group in the <br />amount of $1,100.00 for professional <br />services for property in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment: German <br />Township) <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />(Blackthorn Corporate Park: Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a Phase I <br />Environmental Site Assessment of 100 <br />acres of land in the Blackthorn Corporate <br />Park needs to be conducted. The two <br />proposals received were from Wightman <br />Petrie Environmental, Inc. in the amount <br />of $2,700.00 and Cole Associates, Inc. in <br />the amount of $3,500.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal from <br />Wightman Petrie Environmental, Inc. in <br />the amount of $3,500.00. <br />-17- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />THE ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1,100.00 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR <br />PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA.
