NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />o. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Department <br />of Redevelopment is in the process of <br />preparing a Contract for Sale of Land <br />for Welsh, Inc. to purchase and develop <br />the property adjacent to its existing <br />business in the U.S. 31 Industrial Park. <br />Since Redevelopment still owns the <br />property, the Department of <br />Redevelopment must file the petition <br />seeking a variance from the required 25' <br />front setback to a 15' setback on <br />Carbonmill Drive for parking for <br />Welsh, Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />authorized the Director to file the <br />Petition for Variance in the U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park. (Welsh, Inc) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Agreement in connection with <br />property in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park.
