NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />p. continued... <br />The Agreement will indemnify the City <br />of South Bend and the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission against <br />any and all claims and liability arising <br />out of the permitted use of the <br />Commission's land in connection with <br />site work for the construction of a truck <br />parking lot in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Ms. Jones and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Indemnification and Hold <br />Harmless Agreement in connection <br />with property in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park. (Welsh, Inc) <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property at 803 W. <br />Washington. (John Freidline) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $4,450.00 as of July <br />24, 1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Blake and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Certificate of Waiver in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property at 803 W. <br />Washington.
