Additional <br />time is needed for preparation of <br />additional bid packets. <br />The Addendum received from <br />Grauvogel & Associates was in the <br />amount of $1,740.00. The staff <br />recommends accepting the Addendum <br />to the Agreement and striking the <br />sentence regarding "paying an <br />additional finance charge of 1.5 percent <br />of the outstanding balance will be <br />added to the overdue invoice per <br />month "in the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />Addendum to the Agreement with <br />Grauvogel & Associates in the amount <br />of $1,740.00 for professional services in <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area, <br />subject to striking the sentence <br />regarding the finance charge of 1.5 <br />percent. <br />o.
