Commission approval requested to <br />publish Notice of Intended Sale of <br />Property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area with publication <br />dates of September 24, 1999, and <br />October 1, 1999, and receipt of Bids at <br />10:00 a.m., November 5,1999. <br />(Disposition Parcel #5 in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized the Director to <br />publish Notice of Intended Sale of <br />Property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area with publication dates <br />of September 24, 1999, and October 1, <br />1999, and receipt of Bids at 10:00 a.m., <br />November 5, 1999. (Disposition Parcel #5 <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area) <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 1014 N. Eddy Street. <br />(Norman L. and Deborah G. Buckman) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $789.00 as of August 30, <br />1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 1014 <br />N.
