NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />1. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Agreement <br />received from Ken Herceg & Associates, <br />Inc. increase our contract by $5,245.70 to <br />provide additional services in connection <br />with Studebaker Building #92 in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The additional cost is due to increase lab <br />costs, work on roof estimates (originally <br />not included in the Contract) and the cost <br />of providing building elevations. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the Additional <br />Services Agreement No. 1 from Ken <br />Herceg & Associates, Inc. in the amount <br />of $5,245.70 in connection with <br />Studebaker Building #92 in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal Guidelines and for Bid <br />Specifications and Design <br />Considerations for Disposition Parcel #5 <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Proposal <br />Guidelines and Bid Specifications and <br />Design Considerations for Disposition <br />Parcel #5 in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />C -16- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE ADDITIONAL <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 1 FROM KEN HERCEG <br />& ASSOCIATES, INC.
