South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - September 17, 1999 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />at 1706 Florence Avenue. (Ignacio and <br />Concepcion Nino) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $6,200.00 at 0% interest for 10 <br />years with monthly payments of $51.67. <br />The grant is in the amount of $6,028.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property at 1706 Florence <br />Avenue. (Ignacio and Concepcion Nino) <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the home at 614 E. <br />Pennsylvania, the last of four house moves, <br />has been sold. <br />She also reported that Esprit Decor is <br />scheduled to open on September 27, 1999. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the Social Security <br />Office will move into its new building on <br />October 11, 1999. <br />She also reported that Dynamic Industries will <br />have a groundbreaking ceremony on <br />September 27, 1999. <br />C, -18- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFORDABLE LOAN <br />PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY AT 1706 FLORENCE <br />AVENUE.
