NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a letter -of- <br />notification was received from Design <br />Packing stating that it intends to vacate the <br />property at 600 Niles Avenue on October <br />1, 1999. <br />The Commission acknowledged this <br />notification. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for Indemnification and Hold <br />Harmless Agreement in connection with <br />Lot 1 on Nimtz Parkway in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Owen Rock, Economic Development <br />Specialist, stated that the Redevelopment <br />Commission agreed to sell 2.5 acres of <br />land in the Blackthorn Corporate Park to <br />JB Investments, L.L.C. to construct a <br />8,200 sf., masonry Child Development <br />Center building. <br />This agreement allows them to begin work <br />on the property and to gain access to the <br />property by crossing one of our lots until <br />construction of Blackthorn Court is <br />complete. <br />-13- <br />
