NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued... <br />The Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Agreement will indemnify the City of <br />South Bend and the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission against any <br />and all claims and liability arising out of <br />the permitted use of the land in connection <br />with site work and preparation for the <br />construction of the child development <br />center. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Indemnification <br />and Hold Harmless Agreement in <br />connection with Lots 1 and 2 on Nimtz <br />Parkway in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />proposals related to extension of water <br />lines in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that item 6.i. be tabled. <br />There was no objection and item 6.i. was <br />tabled. <br />j. Commission authorization requested to <br />file petition for rezoning of property in <br />the U.S. 31 Industrial Park. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the land which the <br />Commission agreed to sell to Rollins <br />Truck Leasing Corporation needs to be <br />rezoned from "Industrial Park" to "D" <br />Light Industrial. <br />-14- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE INDEMNIFICATION <br />AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT IN <br />CONNECTION WITH LOTS I AND 2 ON NIMTZ <br />PARKWAY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />ITEM 6.I.
