Commission approval requested for <br />Contract with CFH Landscape Services <br />for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Southeast <br />Neighborhood) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a proposal was <br />received from the Center for the Homeless <br />(CFH) Landscape Services to maintain the <br />properties east of Fellows Street to High <br />Street, Parcel 35, the property next to <br />Michiana Builders, 614 Pennsylvania <br />Avenue and the Parcel of land at the <br />corner of Ohio and Michigan. <br />Mrs. Kolata requested that the category <br />"remove trash every week at all sites listed <br />above" be removed from the proposal. <br />She also requested that the section on <br />"paying interest" also be removed from the <br />proposal. With these revisions, CFH <br />Landscape proposes to do the work for a <br />fee not -to- exceed $16,965. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and carried, the Commission <br />accepted the Contract with CFH <br />Landscape Services for professional <br />services in the amount of $16,965 for <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, subject to the category <br />"removal of trash every week" and the <br />section on "paying interest" being <br />removed from the Contract.
