South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - April 23, 1999 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and carried, the Commission <br />approved the Claims submitted April 23, <br />1999, and ordered the checks to be released. <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1682 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />transfers eight lots to the Board of Public <br />Works.
