OLD BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$12,000 for Engineering Design and <br />Construction Document Services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1675 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 1216 W. <br />Colfax Avenue and 119, 123, 124, <br />127,128,131 and 132 Spruce Street <br />in the West Washington- Chapin <br />Development Area. (South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation) <br />Mike Beitzinger, Economic <br />Development Specialist, presented the <br />following staff report to the <br />Commission for its consideration. <br />South Bend Heritage Foundation <br />(SBHF) has expanded its West <br />Washington Neighborhood <br />Development Project to property it <br />owns on Spruce Street and Colfax <br />Avenue. Thirteen lots will be replatted <br />to construct eight new, single- family <br />homes. <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM THE <br />ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,000 FOR <br />ENGINEERING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION <br />DOCUMENT SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />HAWPDATA \C0MMSN\040999.MIN -5- <br />
