South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - April 9, 1999 <br />5. OLD BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$3,000 for excavation staking services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Abonmarche <br />Group for Engineering Design and <br />Construction Document Services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal <br />was presented at a previous meeting for <br />the Commission's consideration and <br />was tabled at that time. <br />She also stated that a cul de sac bubble <br />will be designed for construction at the <br />east end of Pennsylvania Avenue near <br />High Street. The design and <br />construction of the cul de sac bubble is <br />related to the new housing development <br />project underway in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />The proposal received from The <br />Abonmarche Group was in the amount <br />of $12,000.
