South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting - April 9, 1999 <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, APRIL 9, 1999, AND ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE <br />the Commission approved the Claims RELEASED <br />submitted April 9, 1999, and ordered the <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Abonmarche <br />Group for Excavation Staking <br />Services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal <br />was presented at a previous meeting <br />and was tabled at that time. The <br />proposal has been revised to include <br />staking the location of 12 excavation <br />sites. The sites will be the location of <br />future homes' foundations. The <br />existing foundations and debris on these <br />12 sites will be removed. <br />The proposal received from The <br />Abonmarche Group is in the amount of <br />$3,000.
