(W South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 4, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal <br />received from The Abonmarche Group <br />was to replat seven lots into six lots. The <br />cost for this work is not -to- exceed $1,100. <br />The work is related to the American Home <br />Dreams project currently underway in the <br />southeast neighborhood. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from The Abonmarche Group in the <br />amount of $1,100 for professional services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />at 1126 Culver Place. (Eleanor E. <br />Choinacky) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Eleanor <br />E. Choinacky is in the amount of $5,800 at <br />I% interest for 15 years with monthly <br />payments of $34.71. The grant is in the <br />amount of $5,602.47. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked Mary Beth <br />Thompson, Assistant Director of the <br />Bureau of Housing, what action the <br />Bureau of Housing takes to recoup the <br />loan amount still owed to the Bureau of <br />HAWPDATA \COMMSN\ 120498.MIN <br />-5- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />THE ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1,100 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
