NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />Budget is set up slightly different than the <br />previous years' budgets. The Blackthorn <br />Golf Course 1999 Budget shows the <br />projected cash balance at the beginning of <br />1999 and end of 1999. <br />She also stated that the Budget presented <br />by Meadowbrook Golf Group shows that <br />the income projected for 1999 is <br />approximately $2,500 less than the total <br />cost of expenses and debt service projected <br />for 1999. The cash balance at the <br />beginning of 1999 will be available to <br />meet cash flow. The 1999 Budget is based <br />on 31,300 rounds of golf projected for <br />1999. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1652 also sets a Public Hearing for <br />December 18, 1998, at 10:00 a.m. <br />Upon a motion Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized filing of <br />Resolution No. 1652 appropriating monies <br />for the purpose of defraying the expenses <br />of certain local public improvements for <br />the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1999, <br />and ending December 31, 1999, including <br />all outstanding claims and obligations, <br />fixing a time when the same shall take <br />effect and setting a Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1652 for 10:00 a.m., on <br />Friday, December 18, 1998. <br />HAWPDATA \C0MMSN\120498.MIN -4- <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED FILING OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1652 APPROPRIATING MONIES <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES <br />OF CERTAIN LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1999, <br />AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1999, INCLUDING ALL <br />OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS, <br />FIXING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE <br />EFFECT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1652 FOR 10:00 A.M., ON FRIDAY, <br />DECEMBER 18, 1998 <br />
