Ms. Thompson stated <br />that if the house is sold, then the full <br />amount owed is recouped. If a family <br />member of the deceased takes over the <br />home, then the family member would <br />apply for a loan with the Bureau of <br />Housing. If the family member meets the <br />Bureau of Housing's loan criteria, then the <br />family member could take over the loan <br />payments. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property at 1126 Culver <br />Place. (Eleanor E. Choinacky) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />at 4221 Meadow Lane. (Dorothy Gaut) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Dorothy <br />Gaut is in the amount of $3,450 at 0% <br />interest for 15 years with monthly <br />payments of $19.17. The grant is in the <br />amount of $3,268.45. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property at 4221 Meadow <br />Lane.
