NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Ms. Schwartz asked if the Bureau of <br />Housing is sure Mrs. Casey is purchasing <br />the property from Mr. Hancz. <br />Ms. Thompson stated that there is a <br />purchase agreement on file with the <br />Bureau of Housing, which is one of the <br />requirements. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked that item 61. be ITEM 6.1-1. WAS TABLED <br />tabled until certain questions and issues <br />could be addressed by the Bureau of <br />Housing. There was no objection and item <br />61. was tabled. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that construction on <br />Mayflower Court is completed and Mayflower <br />Court will be renamed to Moreau Court on <br />Sunday, December 13, 1998, at 2:30 p.m. <br />She also reported that the corporate <br />headquarters for Holy Cross Health Systems, <br />Inc. will be dedicated on Sunday, December <br />13, 1998, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that there are two other <br />buildings in the Blackthorn Corporation Park, <br />which are near completion: (1) The Shamrock <br />building is looking really nice and their tenant <br />expects to move items into the building before <br />Christmas. In addition, the tenant will move <br />into the building after the holidays.
