South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - November 6, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Rieth -Riley Construction <br />Co., Inc. for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal <br />received was from Rieth -Riley <br />Construction, Co., Inc. <br />A piece of Redevelopment owned land, <br />which is adjacent to the Holy Cross <br />System building, needs to be cleaned up. <br />Rieth -Riley Construction Co., Inc. will <br />remove broken concrete and asphalt and <br />level a topsoil stockpile for a fee not -to- <br />exceed $4,000. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Rieth -Riley Construction <br />Co. Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Rieth -Riley Construction Co., Inc. in <br />the amount not -to- exceed $4,000 for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />1.
