Name and Dawn Name, owners <br />of the property at 716 E. Pennsylvania <br />Street. <br />The purchase offer was in the amount of <br />$36,000. The counter offer was in the <br />amount of $40,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />The second counter offer received was <br />from Willia M. Sanchez, owner of the <br />property at 718 E. Pennsylvania Street. <br />The purchase offer was in the amount of <br />$700.00. The counter offer was in the <br />amount of $1,445.23. The counter offer <br />will enable Willia M. Sanchez to pay taxes <br />owed on the property, as well as pay <br />outstanding liens owed to the Department <br />of Code Enforcement. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter <br />offers from Jeffrey A. Name and Dawn <br />Name in the amount of $40,000 for the <br />property at 716 E. Pennsylvania Street and <br />Willia M.
