NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Streets for a fee of $2,010. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement with <br />NIPSCO in the amount of $2,010 for <br />extension of utilities in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to the Agreement with <br />James E. Childs & Associates, Inc. for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Amendment to <br />the Agreement with James E. Childs & <br />Associates, Inc. to provide professional <br />services associated with repackaging and <br />re- issuing the State Theatre marquee <br />rehabilitation work on a "sealed quotation" <br />basis for a fee not -to- exceed $1,250. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Amendment to <br />the Agreement with James E. Childs & <br />Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,250 <br />for professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />at 821 Gartner Avenue.
