The grant is in the <br />amount of $3,179. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property at 821 Gartner <br />Avenue. (Betty Kopiwoda) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Betty <br />Kopiwoda is in the amount of $5,150 at <br />3% interest for 20 years with monthly <br />payments of $34.83.
