Commission approval requested for <br />Agreement with AEP for relocation of <br />underground utilities in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Agreement <br />received was from American Electric <br />Power for relocation of an underground <br />primary line in front of The Crescent on <br />Nimtz Parkway in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park for a fee of $5,046.56. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement with <br />AEP in the amount of $5,046.56 for <br />relocation of the underground utilities in <br />the Blackthorn Corporate Park. <br />e.
