Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 202 E. Bartlett. (James, <br />Penny and Scott Hughes) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $945.50 as of July 24, <br />1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property at 202 E. <br />Bartlett. (James, Penny and Scott Hughes) <br />k. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property at <br />1207 E. LaSalle Ave. (Theresa T. Papp) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Theresa <br />T. Papp is in the amount of $4,950 at 1 % <br />interest for 15 years with monthly payments <br />of $29.63. The grant is in the amount of <br />$4,743.75. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property at 1207 E. <br />LaSalle Ave. (Theresa T.
