South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - August 7, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. Commission approval requested for a <br />temporary construction sign to be installed <br />in the Morris Performing Arts Center <br />plaza facing St. Joseph Street. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a letter -of- request was <br />received from Denise Chambers at the Morris <br />Performing Arts Center to install a temporary <br />construction sign in the Morris Performing <br />Arts Center plaza facing St. Joseph Street. A <br />schematic drawing of the sign was presented <br />to the Commission for its review and <br />consideration. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized installation of the <br />temporary construction sign in the Morris <br />Performing Arts Center plaza facing St. <br />Joseph Street. <br />i. Commission approval requested for use of <br />the Wayne /St. Joseph Street parking <br />garage for the Rooftop Rendezvous on <br />September 11, 1998, in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Commission <br />previously approved the use of the Wayne /St. <br />Joseph Street parking garage for the Rooftop <br />Rendezvous on July 17, 1998. She also <br />stated that the Rooftop Rendezvous on July <br />17, 1998, went very well.
